FSIS MMFCA is a Federal State Information System (FSIS) for Monitoring the Activities of the Multifunctional Centers (MFC). In automated mode, FSIS MMFCA collects, processes, systematizes and stores information on the progress of the provision of state and municipal services, as well as controls work in MFC and their territorially separate structural subdivisions (TSSSs).
By fixing each stage of the provision of public services through the MFC - from the issuance of a ticket by the infomat to the actual receipt of the service by the attender - FSIS MMFCA builds and streamlines a chain of various steps associated with obtaining a specific public service. The array of data collected in such a way allows to manage quality of the services through monitoring compliance with time standards.
Developing the system and ensuring its smooth operation.
To provide technical support and development of FSIS MMFCA, the Tsifromatika’s team took control of the legacy system with a large volume of existing and newly arriving data in just one month.
Integrating of FSIS MDM with federal state information systems.
As a part of the project, Tsifromatika continued to integrate FSIS MMFCA with corresponding information systems, including those that make up the e-government infrastructure, such as Information Analytical System (IAS) for Monitoring the Quality of Public Services (MQPS), State Automated Information System "Management" (SAISM), Federal Register of State and Municipal Services (FRSMS). Deeper integration of the infrastructure of various FSIS expands, supplements and streamlines MMFCA data on the activities of the MFC.
