Managing expert activities. EPAC consists of two modules. External - a public portal, and internal - an expert activity management system.

The external module allows to conveniently collect applications from candidates for AC experts. In addition, it allows to manage work of already selected experts: to assign them tasks for examination, to ask them questions and receive answers, to conduct document management.

The internal module is a convenient tool for the AC employees. In particular, it allows them to process applications from candidates for AC experts, conduct interviews, manage the database of already selected experts, and also assign tasks for them to conduct examinations.

In the inner part, on the side of the AC employees, the ability to fully design the content of the external portal and administer it has been implemented.

Using semantic search. The semantic search and analysis is built into the system and allows to automatically select experts from the database in accordance with their competence. In particular, the system shows the degree of relevance of the candidate to the subject matter of an expertise. Semantic search and analysis can also be conducted on related topics.

As part of the workflow with experts (agreeing contracts, handling reporting materials), such an analytical tool as a comparison of document versions has been implemented.

Integration. Being able to work as a separate solution, the system is also integrated into the unified digital platform of AC and with the Unified Identification and Authentication System (gosuslugi.ru).
