The Automated Information System for Project Management (AISPM) of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation was launched in 2006 as a part of the Federal Target Program (FTP) "Electronic Russia". AISPM was designed to manage project activities during the execution of the “Electronic Russia” FTP. In addition, the created system provided standard solution for the management of targeted programs and projects in government agencies.
The functionality of the AISPM included maintaining a portfolio of projects, project stages, project works, storing and reviewing project documents, generating reports on the implementation of the program and projects, and publishing the results of work on projects in the public domain.
Today AISPM of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia is used to control the progress and execution of projects. In particular, following the results of each stage of the project implementation, the reporting documentation is placed into the system and comments are given on it. Three parties are involved in this process: project managers from the customer's side, project executors, and industry experts.
The starting tasks of the project were technical support and partial development of the legacy system AISPM of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
At the end of the system development, the Tsifromatika’s team began its transfer to the cloud infrastructure of the unified data center of the government complex. This process required a number of improvements to the AISPM. First of all, the focus was on ensuring the security of the system in accordance with the requirements of the "State Cloud".
In parallel, Tsifromatika began preparing the AISPM of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for compliance certification of its information security in accordance with the requirements developed for state information systems. This required technical refinement of the system itself, in particular, verification of source code and adaptation of the system modules. A serious block of work was associated with the preparation of a large package of documents necessary for certification and transfer to the "State Cloud".

more than 260 open source libraries are used by the system and have been updated to the latest versions
more than 400 GB of reporting documents and source code of the system are placed in the AISPM
